First point of contact is the reception desk. That'll always make or break whether I decide to continue to receive services. This office has a friendly and professional staff all around. I receive reminders and appreciate that as well. Service providers are also attentive to me and my family's needs.

The experience I had at Dentists of Bakersfield was more than i expected. Maylnn did a great job taking my X-rays as gentle as can be making me feel very comfortable, ensuring I'm in the right hands. as for Mattie the hygienist She was very open and friendly and super informative for my cleaning and how she took concern for my oral health, feeling confident and educated after my cleaning with her. Lastly Dr.V Had seen me for an exam, her care and explanation overall made me convinced that this office really can't be beat. From the front office staff to the assistant's and Dr.V herself it was a experience i definitely would recommend.
